Usefy provides a cloud-based platform for monitoring and controlling API costs, including but not limited to budget limits, rate limiting, and usage analytics for AI service providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Free Tier: Limited features available at no cost, subject to usage limits.
Pro Subscription: Paid subscription with additional features. Payment is processed through Stripe and billed monthly or annually as selected.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USEFY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
